Do you offer a Free Consultation?

Do you offer services on an hourly basis?
Yes. I do offer services on an hourly basis billed at $55.00 per hour.
Do you charge extra for large groups?
Events over 150 guests and/or multiple locations may require an addiitional coordinator(s) at an additional charge.
Do you charge for Holidays?
Events held during a Holiday weekend will be subject to a $200 Holiday fee.
Do you offer discounts?
YES…
MILITARY DISCOUNT – We are proud to offer a 15% discount to active-duty members, reserves, veterans, and retires of the United States Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy, National Guard, and Coast Guard.
UNSUNG HEROS DISCOUNT – I am proud to offer a 10% discount to firefighter, police officers, public health officials, librarians, or teachers.
Do you charge for travel?
A travel fee for any event outside of my immediate area, which means any event over 30 miles away (one way) from my home office in Cudahy, WI. Travel to and from the event destination will be charged at $30.00 for every additional 30 miles there and back. This fee is applicable for any site visits related to the event. Option to have travel deducted from service hours – discuss with Tina.
Do you do destination Weddings or Elopements?
YES…
Destination Wedding pricing depend on location, the number of days, the number of events, the U.S. dollar to local currency exchange rate, the time of year, the number of guests, etc.
How many planner/coordinators are on staff?
Tina is the owner and primary planner/coordinator. For events with multiple locations or over 150 guests, Tina brings an additional coordinator to assist (normally her sister, Kelly)
Who is your ideal customer?
Events with Tina is an all-inclusive company, I believe when you find someone to love and that individual loves you back, you have been blessed. I would be honored to plan your celebration of love and commitment.

Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. If you refer clients to Events with Tina who book an event you will receive 10% off your booked wedding services or a $25.00 gift card if services have already completed. The referred customer gets 5% off booked wedding services.
Do you require Accommodations?
If the wedding is more than 2 hours away from my Cudahy, WI home office, an accommodation fee will be charged based on local hotel rates. If requested to attend the rehearsal the night before and/or the event will end at midnight or later an accommodation fee for the night of the wedding as well (if the rehearsal takes place the day before the wedding).
Do you offer decorating services?
Specialty Decorating set-up and tear-down may be subject to a $150 decorating fee – discuss with Tina.

How long have you been a wedding coordinator?
2022 was my 1st official year of performing wedding planning/coordination services. My event planning experience includes family events as well as community events and fundraisers.
My strong project management skills have been a definite asset for my wedding jobs.
What other services do you offer?
In addition to your big day, Tina can also coordinate your prenuptial events, including your engagement party, wedding shower, and bachelor and bachelorette parties.
