I will work with your staff to conceptualize theme ideas, plan budgets, book venues, act as the liaison with suppliers and clients, manage logistics, and present a post-event report (if requested).

As the corporate event planner for your small business, I will organize and manage a wide range of events such as:

• Annual Events
  • Annual events give the staff and their families something to look forward to each year.  This may be an annual picnic or holiday party.  Annual events are a great time reflect on the status of the company as of that date and share goals for the future.
• Appreciation Events
  • The purpose of appreciation events is to bring people together to talk about new business opportunities, spend quality time with clients or employees, and should be fun and laid-back.
• Charity Event
  • Today, employees and consumers are looking for companies to be socially responsible. This is a great opportunity to boost company image, employee morale, and support the local community.  (Think charitable giving and/or volunteering in the community).
• Company Milestone Event
  • A company milestone should be celebrated, the event may include employees, select clients or community supporters who helped make it happen (don’t’ forget the media).
• Product Launch
  • This is an exciting way to tell the world about a new product or service your firm is releasing, the goal is to create a “buzz” with customers, employees, and media.
• Seminars
  • The purpose of a seminar is to provide guests with new and relevant information related specifically to your industry or company. This type of event may last a few hours and usually has a social event that follows.
• Sports Outing
  • The purpose of a sports outing is to bring individuals who enjoy the sport together in a relaxed atmosphere to build relations, discuss/close business deals, or support a company backed charity.
• Team Building
  • A great way to engage your employees, build relationships, and boost morale.

Services are billed at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, vendor management will be billed at 10% of the billed contract amount.  Contract is custom to your event needs.
